Children and teens are placed in private, licensed homes providing therapeutic services structured care within a family setting. The client then lives in the Therapeutic Foster Care family home and attends school within the family's community.

The Family Guidance Center offers programs and services for adults and children suffering from a mental illness. They offer psychiatric services, case management, and educational services to help individuals lead a normal life. The center focuses on illnesses such as ADHD, bipolar disorder, depression or mood disorders, anxiety and several others.

One Percent loans made by USDA Rural Development up to $20,000 to very low income applicants to repair the home they now own, and grants made by USDA Rural Development up to $7,500 to very low income applicants to repair the home they now own to remove safety and health hazards. Grant recipients must be 62 years of age or older, and show they cannot afford a 1% repair loan.

AdHoc works in partnership with local lawenforcement, Jackson County Prosecutors office to provide case management, crisis support services, counseling and minor home repair for survivors of violent crime. Utility assistance and food is also provided.

OAI provides various employment preparation and job training skills to eligible applicants: search/placement, on the job training, retraining, work experience, interview training, job readiness, resume preparation and prevocational training.
