ARCH, also referred to as a respite, reimburses primary caregivers at a standard rate for short-term relief services they receive either in their own home, within the community, or in the home of a care provider.

The purpose of the MO HealthNet program is to provide medical services to persons who meet certain eligibility requirements as determined by FSD. The goals of the MO HealthNet program are to promote good health, to prevent illness and premature death, to correct or limit disability, to treat illness, and to provide rehabilitation to persons with disabilities. Eligible persons receive a "MO HealthNet Identification Card" or a letter from the local FSD office. The Family Support Division (FSD) determines client eligibility for the MO HealthNet program: the MO HealthNet Division administers the MO HealthNet program including establishment of benefit coverage, rates, claims processing, and all other aspects of daily operations.

This Program inoculates susceptible individuals of all ages, but particularly people who are very young or very old, to help prevent them from contracting the flu virus and other communicable diseases.

Behavioral health outpatient services rendered include assessments, individual, group, and family therapy, psychiatric evaluations, and medication. Services are provided by qualified, licensed professional and Board-certified MDs specializing in children, youth, and adults.
