Kansas City Hospice & Palliative Care provides care to patients in their homes and in long-term care. Their Carousel Pediatric Hospice & Palliative Care team works to meet the unique needs of children who are facing a serious illness, and their families.

Prescription Drug Program: Working with Rx Outreach provides a 90 to 180 day renewable prescription is submitted through our 143 participating parish conferences, based on prescriptions written by physician, clinic or hospital. Vouchers are mailed and Rx is mailed to clients.
