Accepts donations of clothing, kitchenware, bedding, furniture, large and small appliances. All appliances and furniture must be in good working order to be accepted. Clothing can be in any condition, but would appreciate it being clean.

Individuals with developmental disabilities can live successfully in the community with the necessary supports. The level of support provided is determined by the individuals’ needs and abilities. Each home has qualified, well-trained staff providing oversight twenty four hours a day. The goal of the Community Living Program is to assist each individual to reach their highest level of independence by providing assistance and guidance in activities that we encounter on daily basis.

Medical Services: Provides physical exams, including school physicals to children and youth with serious emotional disorders.

Provides in-home attendant service, attendants are employed by the consumer and the consumer's Medicaid pays the attendant.

Occupational Therapy - Industrial Rehabilitation: Work with patients to improve strength, flexibility, endurance and tolerance after an injury or illness, with the goal of restoring independence. Services provided include work injury rehab, work hardening, pre-employment testing, ergonomic analysis, job-site analysis and functional capacity evaluations.

Volunteer Fire and Rescue Service.

Offers a wide range of diagnostic services and therapeutic evaluations to aid in determining the presence and appropriate management of developmental disorders.

Offers personal hygiene products. Items may include shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush/paste, toilet paper and feminine hygiene products.

Internal medicine specialists treat and manage a wide range of health conditions in adults including chronic conditions, such as diabetes.

Accepts a variety of donations that are not in need of repair; donations are not sold as a way to earn money for the program; a donation pick-up service is not available.

Multipurpose centers that serve as focal points for older adults in the community and which offer, at a single location, a wide variety of services and activities that are needed by and of interest to this population.

Offers household basics like cleaning products, washing machine soap, and hygiene products.

Provides a comprehensive array of behavioral health treatment, rehabilitation and education services.

Providing a drop-off location for over-the-counter and prescription drugs and opioids.

Dedicated psychiatry for evaluation and treatment. Evaluation may include observation, psychological testing, medical examination, assessment for psychotropic or other medication, and an ongoing treatment plan.

This location has 2 indoor pools for open swim and swimming lessons.

Houses fire equipment and trains firefighters necessary for a quick and efficient response to fires when they occur.

Offers various health services, immunizations, screenings, etc.

Provides current, thorough and confidential information for seniors on a wide range of topics, such as housing options, care coordination, benefits, legal services and health care.
