Niles Residential Treatment provides youth the opportunity to receive treatment in a 24/7/365 setting that allows them to engage in their treatment and learn new skills through individual, group and family therapy, substance use disorder treatment, healthy life-styles groups, art, music and recreational therapies. Niles Residential treatment program for children and adolescents (ages 6-17) addresses issues such as depression, trauma, PTSD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, and Bi-polar Disorder.

The Aim4Peace Life Skills Learning Program works to prevent school delinquency and drop-outs, supporting community actions to keep students in school. Aim4Peace offers both community and school-based courses: Life skills courses (grades 5-12 and ages 19-40); Delinquency prevention; Personal development; Education about the dangers of involvement in gangs and/or street organizations.

Job Corps is a no-cost education and career technical training program administered by the U.S. Department of Labor that helps young people ages 16 through 24 train for and get a better job. At Job Corps, students enroll to learn a trade, earn a high school diploma or GED and get help finding a good job. When you join the program, you will be paid a monthly allowance; the longer you stay with the program, the more your allowance will be. Job Corps provides career counseling and transition support to its students for up to 12 months after they graduate from the program.
