The purpose of the MO HealthNet program is to provide medical services to persons who meet certain eligibility requirements as determined by FSD. The goals of the MO HealthNet program are to promote good health, to prevent illness and premature death, to correct or limit disability, to treat illness, and to provide rehabilitation to persons with disabilities. Eligible persons receive a "MO HealthNet Identification Card" or a letter from the local FSD office. The Family Support Division (FSD) determines client eligibility for the MO HealthNet program: the MO HealthNet Division administers the MO HealthNet program including establishment of benefit coverage, rates, claims processing, and all other aspects of daily operations.

This program helps detect breast & cervical cancers in their earliest stages when they are easiest to treat. Free mammograms & pap tests will be provided to women who meet income and age requirements. Other services for women are offered at this site.

An ICU (Image Clear Ultrasound) mobile unit provides pregnancy tests and confirmation of pregnancy through ultrasound (with positive pregnancy test results).

Special Education Services: Services are available to students who experience disabilities and require specially designed instruction.

Connections Case Management: Provides case management for Jasper County in Missouri residents who have developmental disabilities.
