Provides general library services, including programs for children and adults, loans of books, cd's, movies/videos, a genealogy program and materials are also available.

Applicants may receive a grant paid to the provider of their home heating to pay a portion of their heating expense each year. Funding will open again beginning October for elderly and disabled (people will qualify if ANYONE in the home is disabled, not just the head of the household) Funding will open beginning November for all other low income applicants
