This hospital is a safe haven for persons wishing to legally surrender physical custody of their infant. A parent or other person having lawful custody of an infant may leave the infant (without fear of prosecution) in the hands of staff. A parent will not be prosecuted for leaving their newborn at a safe haven if they follow the laws, assuming the child is under 60 days old and shows no signs of abuse or neglect.

Limb Preservation Program: Provides both inpatient and outpatient care, services include hyperbaric oxygen therapy or reconstructive surgery, care for diabetic foot complications, infections, wounds, Charcot foot, vascular surgery, vascular reconstructive surgery, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, reconstructive foot and ankle surgery, orthotics and total contact casting, rehabilitation with Skilled Nursing Unit or Acute Rehabilitation Unit.

Parents who are seeking to regain custody of their children, or who are in need of supervised visitation with their children, may access the services of the Children's Division through a court order from the county/state of the custody's jurisdiction. Visitation will be arranged per the conditions of the court order. These services are also available to families who are involved in child abuse/neglect investigations and subsequent court rulings.
