The purpose of the MO HealthNet program is to provide medical services to persons who meet certain eligibility requirements as determined by FSD. The goals of the MO HealthNet program are to promote good health, to prevent illness and premature death, to correct or limit disability, to treat illness, and to provide rehabilitation to persons with disabilities. Eligible persons receive a "MO HealthNet Identification Card" or a letter from the local FSD office. The Family Support Division (FSD) determines client eligibility for the MO HealthNet program: the MO HealthNet Division administers the MO HealthNet program including establishment of benefit coverage, rates, claims processing, and all other aspects of daily operations.

Snow removal services for the City of Kansas City. The city asks that residents park off-street when snow is expected, but if a vehicle must park on-street, residents should follow these guidelines: • On streets that run north/south, park vehicles on the west side of the street. • On streets that run east/west, park vehicles on the north side of the street.

Provides various arts and crafts activities and exercise groups and equipment.

Housing Programs include Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program for those who are income eligible.

Coldwater provides a hot lunch program on their Friends Day.

Utility Assistance: Provides cooling payment assistance seasonal.

Provides treatment for veterans with mental disorders not requiring hospitalization and their dependents under limited circumstances.

Diagnose and confirm the presence of hearing loss in children. Once a child has been identified with a hearing loss, agency provides detailed explanation of the loss and possible effects on listening and spoken language and works with the family through the process of determining child's appropriate amplification and achieving maximum benefit from their device(s).

Provides a recreational facilities and programs.

Provides pediatric healthcare services.

Provides classes to prepare families for the labor and birth process, breastfeeding, delivery and more.

Health screenings are provided for the following: Cardiovascular, Sexually Transmitted Diseases and HIV, Diabetes, Lead, and tuberculosis. Other screenings available upon request.

Breastfeeding Peer Counselors available to provide support and information

Offers information, investigation, research, supplemental education, recreation, book, periodical and recording loans, references and voter registration.

English as a second language.

General health care needs focused on women's health and pregnancy are provided.
