Saint Joseph Housing Authority strives to provide safe, clean and affordable housing to low income families and the elderly and disabled through Section 8 vouchers and Public Housing. Anyone in need on housing is eligible to apply, but individuals must be willing to live in the city limits of Saint Joseph (for Section 8 and Public Housing).
