The purpose of the MO HealthNet program is to provide medical services to persons who meet certain eligibility requirements as determined by FSD. The goals of the MO HealthNet program are to promote good health, to prevent illness and premature death, to correct or limit disability, to treat illness, and to provide rehabilitation to persons with disabilities. Eligible persons receive a "MO HealthNet Identification Card" or a letter from the local FSD office. The Family Support Division (FSD) determines client eligibility for the MO HealthNet program: the MO HealthNet Division administers the MO HealthNet program including establishment of benefit coverage, rates, claims processing, and all other aspects of daily operations.

Enforces animal control laws for Lansing, KS. Officer is part time at the police department.

Healthy living program for group exercise and water fitness classes for people with arthritis, nutrition and weight loss programs, fitness goal sessions.

The Family Guidance Center offers programs and services for adults and children suffering from a mental illness. They offer psychiatric services, case management, and educational services to help individuals lead a normal life. The center focuses on illnesses such as ADHD, bipolar disorder, depression or mood disorders, anxiety and several others.

Health screenings offered to patients.

Provides and manages income-based housing for eligible families with children, the disabled, those aged 62 and over or in some cases aged 55 and over.

This office deals with employment discrimination issues.

Provides mediation services to members of the community who need help managing a conflict. Mediations take place in a location that is mutually agreeable to all parties and are facilitated by two trained volunteer mediators

Provides electric payment assistance to those in need. Funding based on grants.

Provides individuals with TANF appeals/complaints.

Pathways provides comprehensive mental health and substance abuse treatment and prevention services to pre-adolescent children through older adult populations. Also provides mental health diagnostic screenings.

Show-Me Healthy Women/Wise Woman: Provides free or reduced-cost mammograms to eligible Missouri women.
