MO HealthNet (Medicaid) Program: Provides medical services to persons who meet certain eligibility requirements as determined by FSD. MO HealthNet Division administers the MO HealthNet program including establishment of benefit coverage, rates, claims processing, and all other aspects of daily operations.

A free parent education and family support program serving families from prenatal to Kindergarten entry. Home visits, group meetings, developmental screenings and resource information. There are no income guidelines and the program is voluntary.

Area social service agencies and community organizations distribute a monthly supply of 75 diapers or 50 pull-ups from their locations to children enrolled in the program. Area agencies are the ones who distribute diapers to those who need them. Happy Bottoms provides diapers to those agencies to distribute.

Provides a shower facilities for individuals who are homeless and/or do not have access to bathing facilities.

Job One's Community-based employment team provides VR services for adults with disabilities. Clients are paired with a Job One Employment Specialist to find an employment opportunity that best meets the skills of the client and business.

Emergency Crisis: Provides eyeglasses for children in need.

This fire department is a safe haven for persons wishing to legally surrender physical custody of their infant. A parent or other person having lawful custody of an infant may leave the infant (without fear of prosecution) in the hands of staff. A parent will not be prosecuted for leaving their newborn at a safe haven if they follow the laws, assuming the child is under 45 days old and shows no signs of abuse or neglect.

Baby Bags Program: Offers families with children 0-5 free diapers, wipes, and other baby items once a month.
