Good Samaritan has partnered with Clay County Senior Services in order to help seniors stay in their homes by coordinating services and volunteers to provide the unmet need. They can help coordinate help with friendly visits, Medicaid/Medicare applications and claims, transportation for shopping and errands, and yard work.

A free telephone consultation with a Care Manager trained in aging issues who will provide referrals and connection to community resources such as: LSS services, Community resources and government programs, Housing options, Possible financial assistance, Transportation options, Nutrition programs, and Spiritual Care.
