If you cannot reach your landlord or your landlord has not responded to your health or safety concern in your rental home, you can file a complaint with the Health Department. Once the Health Department receives the complaint, it is logged and assigned to an inspector. The inspector will contact the complainant within 48 hours to schedule an inspection time.
