School-Based Counseling: Provides counseling services to youth attending Hazelwood, Jennings, Lindbergh, Maplewood Richmond Heights, Lindbergh, Parkway, Pattonville, Ritenour, Riverview Gardens and Valley Park in St. Louis County School Districts.

The Children's Division actively seeks individuals and couples who are willing to become foster parents for the children in the State's custody. Prospective foster parents take a total of 27 hours of training on five competencies necessary to work with the children in CD custody and their families.
