Success by 6 Lend and Learn Toy Library provides safe location where children age 0-5 and their parents can play with toys that aid in domains of development; including cognitive, motor, social-emotional, and language development. Also provides opportunity to interact with other children and parents. Toys can be enjoyed onsite and borrowed at no cost.

A variety of toys, books and other items for baby are available.

Lend and Learn Program: A toy and equipment-lending program with a large playroom. The library houses over 3,000 developmentally appropriate toys that can be checked out by families and taken home.

The NICC offers gently used children's toys.
