Eligibility
Must have been discharged under conditions other than dishonorable, must have been a resident of the State of Missouri for at least 180 days at some point in their life; Veteran must have documentation from a physician that he/whe needs skilled nursing home care, Veteran's health condition must be such that the Home has the resources to care for him.
