Long Term Care Ombudsman, Information and Assistance, Care Coordination, Senior Centers with Meal Programs, Home-Delivered Meals, Respite Care, Transportation and Assistance with Public Benefits including Medicare Outreach, Education and Enrollment; ACA Marketplace Health Insurance assistance. Services include congregate meals/nutrition sites, senior ride programs, elder law, certified application counselor programs, Medicare information/counseling, adult day program centers, case/care management, adult protective services, adult in home respite care, area agencies on aging and specialized information and referral.
