Eligibility
  • Connection Recovery Support Groups: Age 18 years and older who have experienced symptoms of a mental health condition; diagnosis is not necessary
  • PRISM Support Group: Age 18 years and older that are members of the LGBTQ+ community who have experienced symptoms of a mental health condition; diagnosis is not necessary
  • Sharing Hope Support Group: Age 18 years and older of Black/African American descent who have experienced symptoms of a mental health condition; diagnosis is not necessary
  • Family Support Groups: Age 18 years and older with an adult loved one or friend who has experienced symptoms of a mental health condition; diagnosis is not necessary
