Connections, a free program through Project Eagle is for all families living in Wyandotte County who are pregnant or have a child under five years of age. During a one-time visit in the home or in the office, the Connections Community Navigator and the family work together to decide what resources are the best fit for the family. The visit also includes completing a developmental screening to see each child's growth and development. Based on each family's unique situation, they are connected to the most appropriate programs and services for health, child development, parenting, and self-sufficiency.
