Eligibility
Any person 60 years of age and over and the spouse of that person regardless of age; Persons with disabilities age 18-59 if they reside in a housing facility occupied primarily by the elderly at which congregate nutrition services are provided or if they reside with a person 60 years of age or older AND accompany person to the congregate nutrition service site
