Eligibility
- Individuals who are legally blind in both eyes
- Enrolled in post-secondary training programs, technical school or certified training institutions
Required documents
- Photo ID
- Written verification of legal blindness from an ophthalmologist or other reasonable authority (obtained within the past year), including a description of the applicants eye condition, visual acuity, and field of vision
