Catholic Charities works with low-income, pregnant, Missouri mothers-to-be in the Mom’s Empowerment Program. During monthly meetings, the case manager provides healthy pregnancy and parenting education to expectant mothers, works with her on goal setting and achievement, provides referrals as needed, and offers financial assistance for baby supplies, clothing, food, rent, utilities, etc as funding allows for enrolled clients. Services are provided throughout the pregnancy and until the baby’s first birthday. Clients must be pregnant in order to be enrolled.
