Income guidelines; can offer assistance once a year; rent assistance requires eviction notice or 3 day warning. Can offer assistance once every 12 months, utility must be past due or disconnect
Required documents
Photo ID, social security numbers for all family members, piece of current mail for address verification, proof of income and copies of bills and a current signed lease.

Johnson County; generally those north of I-435 will visit the Overland Park office and those south of I-435 will visit the Olathe office
Provides emergency assistance for food and clothing in addition to rent and utility assistance. Is a HUB for Happy Bottoms. Provides comprehensive financial literacy counseling through case management. Also serve those who are unemployed and underemployed through our Workforce Program. Serves as a coordinated entry hub for homeless services in Johnson County.
