Call for appointment; no walk-ins. Expect a 1-week wait for a new appointment.
Fees
Sliding fee scale for uninsured patients. Medicaid/Kan-Care, Medicare and most private insurance are also accepted.
Service area
Primarily serving Wyandotte and Johnson County residents, although there are no residency requirements for receipt of service.
Provides culturally sensitive and holistic services to the uninsured or underinsured. Services include interdisciplinary diabetic, obesity and asthma management programs; physical therapy and dietetics and nutrition services. Provide pharmacy assistance program for established patients.
