Eligibility
To be eligible for the program, children must meet specific guidelines and criteria based on screening and evaluation procedures.
The multidisciplinary team may determine a child is eligible for services when ALL of the following conditions are met:
The child's development is significantly below that of his/her peers. Significantly below is defined as performance at/or below 1.5 standard deviations of the mean on standardized assessment instruments in any TWO developmental areas.
At or below 2.0 standard deviations in any ONE area of development except for the area of speech.
Females served, ages 3 to 5 . Males served, ages 3 to 5 .

Mon-Thurs - 8:15am to 11:15am and 12:15pm to 3:15pm
Fridays are reserved for screenings, staffing meetings, program revisions and evaluation of students.

Williams is no longer an elementary school, the building now houses the physical and occupational therapy offices for the district, as well as the PACE preschool, Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) and Parents as Teachers programs. Services provided include Preschools, School Readiness Programs, English as a Second Language, Developmental Assessment, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Home Based Parenting Education.
