THEY MUST HAVE DOCTOR'S ORDERS/HEALTHCARE PROVIDER REFERRAL FOR DIABETIC SUPPLIES, MEDICAL EQUIPMENT, MEDICATION PRESCRIPTIONS - SCRIPT IN HAND OR SCRIPT MAY EXIST AT PARTENING KCMC PHARMACY (HY-VEE) FOR ASSISTANCE. Provides emergency assistance with medical needs including prescriptions (no controlled substances), enzyme prescriptions, dental emergencies (includes dentures), diabetic supplies, incontinence briefs, hearing aids, durable medical equipment, eye exams and glasses (no contacts). Does not cover emergency room visits, pre-existing medical expenses, routine doctor visits or hospitalizations. Does not cover any type of co-pays.
