Easterseals Midwest's St. Joseph office provides independent and community living support, along with skills instruction and supported employment services to help individuals with disabilities lead more fulfilling lives. The office also offers health home services and technology-enabled supports to enhance care coordination and everyday independence. Services include Pediatric Developmental Assessment, Prenatal/Postnatal Home Visitation Programs, and Children's Play Groups.
