Eligibility
Individual/head of household or his or her spouse must be a US veteran who served in active military, naval or air service and discharged or released under conditions other than dishonorable. Individual/family must fall below 50% of AMI for their location; must be currently literally homeless or at imminent risk of being homeless.

Outreach services throughout the Kansas City, St. Joseph and Warrensburg area to assist Veteran families in need. Case management services that include but are not limited to, temporary financial assistance for rent, utility deposits, moving costs, etc. as well as employment education and job search. Other case management will include housing counseling, money management and support. Assistance in obtaining and coordinating other public benefits available in the community are also available with case management services.
