Provides services to people with varying degrees of visual impairment, ranging from those who cannot read regular print to those who are totally blind. Services include vocational rehabilitation to those who have barriers to employment or school due to their vision, educate in aspects of independent living skills, have an Older Blind Services program and children's services and services for the prevention of blindness
