The FCC encourages consumers who wish to file a complaint to do so on their website, consumercomplaints.fcc.gov, but consumers may also call, mail or fax.

The Federal Communications Commission regulates communications by radio, television, wire, satellite and cable, to protect the rights of the consumer. Consumers may file complaints in the following areas: disability access to communications, junk faxes, telemarketing, wired phone, wireless phone, broad band, broadcast TV, cable, etc. The FCC Call Center also processes Freedom of Information Act requests.
