Provide outpatient behavioral health services including individual therapy, psychiatric medication evaluation and management, substance abuse treatment, medication-assisted therapy (MAT) for opioid addiction, and basic case management services to those engaged in these treatment services. Services are accessible to insured (including Medicaid/Medicare) and uninsured individuals, as sliding fee scale services are offered.

KC CARE offers year-round Health Insurance Navigators to assist individuals with health insurance options. An anonymous needle exchange program is also available at no cost.
