Call office and provide name, address, phone number, name of person paying, emergency contact number, diabetic or regular meal.

Fees

The cost for the meal is $6.25. There is a subsidy program for those who are unable to pay the full cost of the meal.

Johnson County, KS. Street boundaries include the following: County line to north, I-435 to south, State Line to east and Lackman to west.
