Required documents
Valid Government issued identification (ex. driver's license, passport or Missouri Identification card) Proof of ownership, such as warranty deed, tax assessment, etc. Trust documents if the property is in a trust Articles of Incorporation if the property is owned by a corporation Power of Attorney with real estate authorization if an authorized agent is acting on behalf of the property owner Insurance policy number and claim number if applicable
