Call for screening appointment; if accepted as a client you will be placed on a wait list
Fees
Pay $60 up front for screening appointment; MO Medicaid (dental), forms for private insurance reimbursement are available. Monthly payment plan with approved credit only for patients of record who are spending $500 or more.
