Must be an established patient. An established patient is an individual who has completed the Yearly Consent to Treat registration form and has been seen by a Vibrant Health provider.

Sliding fee scale for uninsured patients. Medicaid/Kan-Care, Medicare and most private insurance are also accepted.

Primarily serving Wyandotte and Johnson County residents, although there are no residency requirements for receipt of service.
Provides culturally sensitive and holistic services to the uninsured or underinsured. Services include Pediatrics, Behavioral Health and Pharmacy services for established patients.
