The Epilepsy Foundation works to prevent, control, and cure epilepsy through community services, public education, federal and local advocacy and supporting research into new treatments and therapies to ensure that people with seizures are able to participate in all life experiences. Also, provides direct assistance to people with epilepsy through individual consultation and provide education in the schools and community. Services include Protection and Advocacy for Individuals With Disabilities and Disease/Disability Information.
