- 250 word (minimum) essay expressing the student's interest in attending
- 2 personal recommendation letters from (1) current teacher or principal and (2) a community member who knows the student well
- Previous year's report card
- Minimal behavior infractions and zero Type I infractions
- Personal interview with the student
- A strong personal interest in technology
- Attendance must be 95% or above at previous school
