Income guildelines
Required documents
IDs for all adults in the home, Social Security cards for everyone in the home, proof of income & bills if not on food stamps. Birth certificate or Medicaid card with DOB on it for those entering kindergarten.
Hours
Applications are taken July 2 through 31st, M-F 9a-11a and 1p-3p for distribution of school supplies on Thursday, August 13th (at this time)
