Eligibility
Resident of Jasper or Newton counties in Missouri
Must have a high school diploma or GED
Single head of household with sole custody of child(ren) under age 21 years
Not co-habiting with former spouse or current spouse or partner - Must be at or near poverty level
- Current applicant/recipient of Pell Grant, and pursuing a full-time course of study

Three letters of reference
Personal statement
Copy of high school transcripts from schools previously attended
Letter of admission from school currently attended or planning to attend
