Individually Planned Services offered include individualized supported living, life and work connections, vocational and practical living skills training, family & community living, service coordination and purchased supports, including but not limited to therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, assistive technology devices and other services designed to minimize the effects of developmental disabilities. Services include walking aids, independent living skills instruction, disability related center based employment, case/care management, walking aid donation programs, Supported Living Services for Adults With Disabilities, and Assistive Technology Equipment Loan.
