Income guidelines

Have proof of identification Provide date of birth for all persons. Have proof of residency Know the GROSS amount of income from the previous month for all persons in household. After the initial visit and distribution, all of these items will be required again once every year. If you have any changes in name, address, of persons in your household, or income, they will need to be reported at your next visit. You will need have your ID/Proxy card and be able to provide income information for your whole household every time you visit to receive food.
